Mindful Self-Compassion & Poetry Workshop

This experiential workshop weaves together mindfulness, self-compassion, and poetry.

Through guided practices, selected poems, and simple writing prompts, participants will explore mindfulness, self-kindness, and common humanity while meeting their inner experience with curiosity instead of judgment.

No poetry experience is needed.

Julie Potiker is a Certified Mindful Self-Compassion teacher, author, poet, and founder of Balanced Mind Meditation Center, whose work integrates mindfulness, poetry, self-compassion, kindness, and joy.

While many of Flourish’s programs are offered freely to participants thanks to generous donors, some offerings use a tiered-based price model. Our aspiration is to ensure that all who wish to participate are able to and that we can continue to run a vital, sustainable organization to serve this community for a long time! Please reflect on both the value you will personally receive from this experience and your current financial reality to support how much you decide to give. Ticket amounts $150/$100/$50/$0

RSVP required. Please click here to register.
