Join us for a quiet hour of nourishment and connection. Each evening begins with a brief wisdom reading followed by a simple, welcoming space to settle the body, steady the mind, and cultivate the innate well-being that emerges when we practice together. Through guided meditation and shared silence, we’ll explore the benefits of tending gently to our hearts and minds and create a field of compassion, clarity, and peace in community.
All are welcome. No prior experience needed.
