She has found passion and purpose in creating mindful, meaningful experiences through time in the outdoors, with horses, skiing, and in movement and yoga. Lindsey earned a bachelor’s degree from Colby College in “Nature and Nurture in the Human Condition” with a focus in Biology and Psychology, and a Master’s Certificate from Denver University in Animals and Human Health. She is a Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor and Equine Specialist in Mental Health and Learning through PATH Intl. and a 200 hour certified yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. She teaches skiing to children in the winter and runs kids camps and horse activities in the summer. She is a devoted mother of two young girls and many four-legged animals. By working in her garden and spending time in nature and with animals, she relishes in the joy and wonder of the inter connectedness of the natural world. Her life’s work is to share this with others!
