Compassionate Leaders Program Coordinator
Neil Crowson is deeply committed to fostering authentic connection and compassionate leadership. Raised in Salt Lake City, Utah, he has spent significant time in Blaine County and Boise, Idaho, and has lived and worked in New Zealand and Switzerland. These experiences have enriched his understanding of community and the natural world.
Neil holds a Bachelor’s degree in Multidisciplinary Studies and is currently completing a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. His professional journey includes roles in adaptive sports, youth development, and outdoor education, all grounded in a deep commitment to personal growth through nature and experiential learning.
As Facilitator of the Compassionate Leadership Program, Neil creates spaces where individuals can explore vulnerability, build resilience, and cultivate leadership rooted in empathy and authenticity. He believes in the transformative power of nature and community to foster personal and collective well-being.
