9 Week Series on Thursdays
April 5th through May 31st, 2018
This class brings together elements of a traditional yoga class. Stretching, strengthening, balancing, mindful awareness and deep relaxation with informative and supportive group discussions. Women have an opportunity to connect deeply with their bodies during this time of rapid physical and emotional change.
Through the practice of mindfulness, women learn to slow down and pay attention so that they can connect fully with their body's innate birthing wisdom.
All stages of pregnancy welcome. No yoga experience necessary.
